At the end of September 2021, TESLA lighting, in cooperation with the Design Centre CzechTrade, participated in the prestigious international design fair S/ALON BUDAPEST, where it presented its range of design LED bulbs.

This has been the first event under the auspices of the CzechTrade Design Centre, the mission of which is to promote and raise the profile of Czech industrial design abroad. At the same time, it focuses on supporting innovations and increasing competitiveness and exports of domestic companies.

Design LED bulbs combine tradition with the state-of-the-art technology. In terms of their appearance, they resemble of classic bulbs, yet they incorporate the state-of-the-art LED COG filament technology. The chips on synthetic sapphire rods and the glass bulb design make them look and shine like tungsten filament bulbs. They can therefore be used even in the applications with the highest design requirements. The high efficiency of the LED bulb also results in energy savings of up to 90% (4W LED ≈ 40W conventional bulb). The absence of UV and IR radiation guarantees the absence of negative effects of the bulbs on humans.
